How we research
How we gather and organize publicly available provider information.
Telehealth Guide is an independent, educational website that helps people discover and compare telehealth providers. This page explains, in plain language, where our information comes from and how to use it.
What we do
- We organize publicly available information about telehealth providers by care category and service.
- We present it side by side so you can explore your options.
- We link you directly to providers so you can confirm details and sign up with them.
What we don't do
- We don't provide medical services or issue prescriptions.
- We don't certify healthcare providers.
- We don't guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any provider's services.
- We don't publish a quality score or rank providers by quality.
Where our information comes from
Provider information is gathered from publicly available sources, most commonly the provider's own website, help pages, and legal pages.
Where a provider does not clearly publish a detail, such as state availability or HSA/FSA eligibility, we say so and suggest you confirm it with the provider.
Third-party certifications, where shown, are attributed to the organization that issued them.
Before you choose a provider
Provider offerings, eligibility requirements, insurance acceptance, geographic availability, and treatment options may change. Please confirm important details directly with the provider before making healthcare decisions.
Affiliate partnerships
Some providers featured on Telehealth Guide participate in affiliate partnerships. We may earn compensation when visitors follow certain links or complete qualifying actions. These relationships may influence featured placement but do not determine the accuracy of the information we publish. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
