How we research, verify, and cover telehealth providers.
Our editorial process starts with independent research. We identify legitimate U.S. telehealth providers in a category and verify each one against a public set of factual attributes — never a proprietary ranking.
Every provider profile is fact-checked by an editor. We disclose all affiliate relationships and never allow financial arrangements to influence coverage, verification, or how providers are compared.
Providers may request factual corrections after publication. We honor corrections when supported by primary sources.
We do not publish a proprietary numerical score. We publish verified attributes with source citations and last-researched dates, and let readers decide which factors matter to them.
Corrections and updates are logged transparently at the bottom of each provider profile.
