We do not collect names, addresses, health information, or clinical data through this website. If you email us, we retain your email and its contents only for as long as needed to respond.
WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect symptom descriptions, medical history, prescription information, or any sensitive personal health information. Our symptom-search feature processes what you type transiently in memory only, purely to route the search to a relevant category, and does not persist the wording you entered in any log or analytics store.
COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We use a small number of first-party cookies and local-storage keys to remember comparison selections and to fire de-duplicated privacy-safe analytics events. Some affiliate networks may set cookies when you click an outbound provider link — those cookies are set by the destination network, not by Telehealth Guide.
SHARING
