How we verify

How we research, verify, and cover telehealth providers.

We don't rank your healthcare choices. We verify facts and let you compare providers against the preferences you select.

How we verify:

1. Every provider fact is sourced from an authoritative primary source — most commonly the provider's own product, pricing, help, or legal pages, or a government/regulatory source (FDA, HHS, FTC, state boards).

2. Each fact is time-stamped with when it was last verified. Facts older than 90 days are flagged internally as stale and re-verified.

3. We check pricing, services, insurance information, state availability, HIPAA and privacy documentation, prescription workflow, and support channels.

4. Regulatory events, where they exist publicly, are recorded factually with source, date, and current documented status. We do not translate them into arbitrary public numerical penalties.

5. Editorial and commercial data are technically separated on every provider record. Affiliate relationships and commissions never influence which providers we cover, how they are ordered, or how they are compared.

Verification is factual — we do not certify, endorse, or guarantee any provider.
